Requirements

• BA in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

• Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification or Colorado Early Childhood

• PDIS Level 3 credential

Benefits

• Annual salary is $36,000-$41,000 based on education

• Fully employer paid benefits. Paddington pays 100% of medical, vision, dental, short term disability, and life insurance for employees who work 24 hours or more per week (cost benefit to employee is approximately $8900)
