Who we are
The mission of ECDS is to prepare and inspire students to THRIVE and create a better world. THRIVE is also an acronym for our core values (Transformation, Heads/Hands/Hearts, Relationships, Inspiration, Vigor and Emotional Intelligence). ECDS is located in Evergreen, just off I-70, with easy access to the city and mountains.
We are a school of 220 students, Toddler through 8th grade, situated on a beautiful, modern 11-acre campus.

Our parent community is thoughtful, supportive and engaged in the mission of the school. Throughout the year, our parent organization actively supports the faculty so that they can do their best work for the students in the building.
The ideal candidate
- Has a deep understanding of English language arts, literature, and effective teaching methods tailored to middle school students.
- Fosters a positive and engaging learning environment while promoting literacy, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Has experience as a student advisor or coach.
- Is enthusiastic, positive, and has a passion for inspiring young minds.

Salary and Benefits
ECDS offers a competitive benefits package that includes retirement match, health, dental, and vision care plans, and a generous professional development allotment.
This salary will likely be between $45,000 and $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
