Role and Responsibilities

The Flex Teacher is a vital part of the Paddington team and community. They support the students and teachers across the whole school. Sometimes they will be asked to move into a classroom and assist as a co-teacher or will be assigned other duties to create optimal functioning of the school. At times, these changes in duties will occur at the start of the day or throughout the day as needs arise.

 

Requirements

• BA in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

• Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification or Colorado Early Childhood

• PDIS Level 2 credential

Benefits

• Annual salary is $39,130-$43,480 based on education

• 100% employer paid benefits. Paddington pays 100% of medical, vision, dental, short term disability, and life insurance for employees who work 24 hours or more per week (cost benefit to employee is approximately $10,500)

• Retirement plan employer match of 3% of salary (eligible after one year of service and 1000 hours worked)

• 10 Days of personal/sick time off

• School Schedule (mid-August through May) with option of working summer camp but paid over 12-months
