Responsibilities:

Program planning: Support the College Office in managing logistics for programs and events for families, students, and college representatives throughout the year.

Manage standardized testing, administration and test scores: PSAT, PSAT/NMSQT, PreACT, Mindfish (coordinate tests), facilities, secure proctors and extended time proctors, materials order, testing waivers, billing, importing scores, communicating with testing agencies.

Manage organization and submission of all college application materials for Senior class and all transfer students (except NCAA materials).

Maintain Database and Information Sharing: communicate events and information through MaiaLearning, and Canvas. Ensure GPA’s, test scores, and student/family information is current. Assist parents and students with MaiaLearning. Work directly with the Registrar.

Scheduling: Maintain calendars and appointments for all counselors, provide support to students and parents with general questions.

Activities and Events: Coordinate Office calendar scheduling and event services, material purchases, food, and facility reservations for Office programming, College Prep Class, activities, evening events with parents and college representatives, events with faculty, summer workshops, and class meetings.

Office Space Management: maintain supplies, general office upkeep, and college bulletin board.

College Visits: Coordinate scheduling and facilities for all campus and regional visits from college representatives, liaise between college reps and college office, provide snacks, publish visits.

Assist with expense reporting, submission, receipts, and reimbursements for office, expense reporting for Director.

Bachelor's degree required

Outstanding organization, time-management, and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal communication skills: an ability to listen and connect with students/families; a collaborative, empathetic, team-mindset approach with colleagues within the Office and across campus

Strong technology skills and proficiency with MaiaLearning, SCOIR, Slate, College Board and ACT systems, Blackbaud, Canvas, and Google Suite preferred

The pay for this position is $27.00 - $33.50 per hour. Although this is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any wage differential that may exist for the position does not relate to sex, gender, or gender identity, but relates solely to a seniority system, a merit system, or relevant education, training and/or experience. Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance benefit programs are available, as is a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligibility for all benefit programs is defined by the applicable plan document.
