Associate’s degree or higher (bachelor’s degree is preferred)
Salary:
Starting salary without experience is $58,000 Salary will be higher with additional experience and/or qualifications.

Position Overview:
The Front Office Manager is the face and voice of Denver Academy. This person will create a positive first impression for visitors and callers, professionally managing multiple tasks and activity throughout the day.

- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Canva, Google Suite preferred)
- Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for customer service

Description:
- Reception Duties
- Receive, check in, assist, and direct visitors
- Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate extensions
- Field questions about the school and events for visitors, students, faculty and staff
- Coordinate logistical communications to/from all buildings across campus
- Front Office Duties
- Open/close the main office on school days
- Ensure that the front office is a warm, comfortable, welcoming environment
- Responsible for attendance functions (check in tardy students/check out early dismissals, record attendance in the student information system database, and communications to parents and teachers)
- Manage student immunization forms using the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS)
- Assist as needed in urgent/emergency student, family, or school situations
- Manage and distribute all incoming/outgoing mail, maintain the postage meter
- Manage inventory and ordering for main supply room and rooms in other buildings
- Help coordinate annual school supply lists
- Business Office Support
- Light non-technical AP/AR support (organize payables and receivables, file paperwork, etc.)
- Assist and co-manage employees with DA credit card purchases
- Any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance
